We are currently hiring a Senior Web Content Specialist to manage an internal team of content specialists and coordinate the activities of external contractors.

Responsibilities:
• Leading content strategy from creation to governance to develop meaningful interactive experiences for the audiences of Johns Hopkins Medicine
• Creating and documenting strategic content priorities including establishment of editorial tone, best practices, search engine optimization and integration of varying content types including multi-media and other formats
• Conducting and overseeing content audits
• Assisting in web governance
• Collaborating with information architects and user experience professionals
• Providing consultation, coordination, and/or staff support to various strategic committees and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, communication, journalism or a related field
• Six (6) or more years of related experience
• Project management experience as a team lead preferred
