If that sounds like you...let’s talk. @KarshConnect Responsibilities: * Lead discovery meetings, conduct client interviews, and gather requirements to help define the user experience * Develop UX strategy, conceptual user experience, user personas, use cases, user stories, and overall content strategy * Conduct research and analysis, usability audits, competitive audits and online focus groups * Document the project through: click paths, site maps, content outlines, IA, wireframes, presentations and requirements * Plan the entire user experience sales cycle from banners, to website, to member web apps, to mobile and social * Play a key role in presenting to clients and internal teams * Be a part of the overall team as a catalyst integrate the UX role into the businesses * Aid account and project management teams to create proper documentation for project briefs * Collaborate with the content team to develop the content for the overall experience * Collaborate and mentor cross team members, specifically the creative team, to improve the overall quality of the work product * Participate in project estimates and planning Skills/Requirements: * Expert in user centered design and design patterns * Solid knowledge of Omni Graffle, Visio, and Keynotopia * Love of emerging technologies and the strategy behind them * Must know user interface technologies, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery * Familiar with back-end technologies PHP, .net, MySQL, SQL, Ruby * Familiar with mobile technologies, Phonegap, iOS, android * Experience with testing methodologies, A/B testing and multi-variant testing * Experience working in a fast past agency environment * Understanding of web based software, CMS, web apps, CRM, social platforms * Familiar with lead nurturing, decision tree development * Solid understanding of social media technologies * Expert in measurement strategies, Google Analytics, Site Catalyst * 5+ years experience in UX and IA * College level degree required, BA in computer science, interaction design is preferred * Great communications skills and presentation skills 1171 Please send resume to: employment@karsh.com Denver, CO /jobs/1171
