Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Executives and Product/Tech leads to define the product strategy and brand vision across multiple properties, global locales, and devices; and lead the team to realize that vision.
• Lead, own, and evolve the UX/brand strategy, architecture, guidelines, and best practices to create a consistent, engaging experience while meeting the needs of the business.
• Nurture and grow the team responsible for visual design, interaction design, information architecture, user experience, production assets, and prototyping to build a portfolio of excellent project work.
• Create a sense of team – inspire and motivate designers to be innovative; push limits to delight users while driving to business results.
• Lead complex initiatives in a fast paced environment

Required Experience:

• 7+ years Design leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex, multi-team environment
• Track record of working closely with product and engineering to define and execute on global design and product strategy.
• Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to balance long- and short-term projects simultaneously
• Experience adapting to different team dynamics with flexible processes
• Experience working with remote sites & teams
