Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Executives and Product/Tech leads to define the product strategy and brand vision across multiple properties, global locales, and devices; and lead the team to realize that vision.
Lead, own, and evolve the UX/brand strategy, architecture, guidelines, and best practices to create a consistent, engaging experience while meeting the needs of the business.
Nurture and grow the team responsible for visual design, interaction design, information architecture, user experience, production assets, and prototyping to build a portfolio of excellent project work.
Create a sense of team inspire and motivate designers to be innovative; push limits to delight users while driving to business results.
Lead complex initiatives in a fast paced environment
Required Experience:
7+ years Design leadership experience in a fast-paced, complex, multi-team environment
Track record of working closely with product and engineering to define and execute on global design and product strategy.
Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to balance long- and short-term projects simultaneously
Experience adapting to different team dynamics with flexible processes
Experience working with remote sites & teams
