Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years experience designing interfaces for web based applications * Understanding of user-centered design principles & methods * Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating requirements into site maps, page flows, and wireframes * Strong wireframing abilities * Strong understanding of web application design and development processes * Good sense of design, typography, color, layout * Able to work well with programmers and marketing team * Strong Photoshop, Omnigraffle, Visio or Illustrator skills Nice to Have: * A good understanding of Web 2.0 and social media * Experience designing for Flex based apps This is a full-time position (contract, permanent, or contract to permanent depending on the candidate).
