ZoomInfo is about to embark on an ambitious project – a complete redesign. From our public site to our live apps, about site, and more. This is a chance for you to take your vision and make it real. We'll give you a very free hand in this. Our goal is to hire someone whose judgment and counsel we can trust – a visionary with business sense. You'll be a central resource for design for the entire company – working closely with marketing on materials, developing long term strategies around design, and reporting directly to the vice president of engineering.

Our current traffic is 5 million uniques per month – we'd like your design expertise to be a central part of turning that number into 50 million.

This is an opportunity for you to make your mark, as well as your career – a showcase of your talents. You'll take the complete set of our apps, sites, etc, and come up with the strategic direction on where we're going with them. You'll then roll your sleeves up alongside your colleagues and direct report, and create that vision.

What You Need to Land the Job:
(First off – live by the Golden Rule. The rest of us do.)
 Be a dreamer as well as a doer – think da Vinci
 Master of Information Architecture and Usability stuff
 Should have 5+ years working in the area of Web design
o Points for relevant degrees (a la a BFA), but we're really looking for your work
 Art of design should be your life
 Have a portfolio of your work online (required)
 Web App and/ or Web site design experience
 Committed to delivery – know what corners to cut, and when
 SEO experience a plus
 Experience design a plus
 Technical expertise a plus – i.e., CSS, AJAX, Flash, Flex
o (That said – we'll take brilliance in design over the technical piece if push comes)
 Hungry to make your mark
 Interesting – you should love design, and find ideas all around you
