Director of User Experience / Strategy

ISITE Design is seeking a Director of Strategy to lead its growing team of user experience and web strategy professionals. This is a key leadership position within the agency responsible for delivering strategic services to an international client base. The Director will manage a rapidly growing department (currently 8 full time employees) spanning disciplines including information architecture, user research, social media, web strategy, business analysis and web analytics.

The ideal candidate will be an interactive veteran with proven experience leading teams, defining processes and helping organizations develop and execute digital strategies. This is an important and highly visible position within ISITE Design. We're looking for a candidate who wants to be a significant contributor to the agency's continued growth. The candidate should have a strong desire to build his/her personal brand and share their expertise with the world through writing, speaking, mentoring and evangelizing.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a team of information architects, analysts and web strategy professionals
* Lead strategic client engagements and consult on web strategy, user experience and analytics
* Define best practices and processes for deliverables and projects
* Work with marketing and sales to cultivate and close new opportunities
* Contribute to the agency's overall growth and strategic direction as a member of the management team
* Work closely with the other departments to align processes, services and deliverables
* Present at industry conferences and be an active thought leader for the agency
